Technical Meeting Knowledge Management to meet the challenges of human resources for health in Peru

On 14 and 15 August 2012, met at the headquarters of the Pan American Health Organization - Peru, in Lima, representatives of educational institutions related to the training of human resources in health, in order to participate Technical Meeting on "Knowledge Management to meet the challenges of human resources in health."

 

The inauguration was done by the doctors Fernando Leanes, Representative of PAHO / WHO in Peru and Second Cross Bejarano-Executive Director of the Directorate Management Capabilities DGRH.

 

Representatives of 13 academic institutions, and labor services in the interest of joining the Peru Node Virtual Campus of Public Health.

 

As part of the conclusions of the meeting is considered that even the concept of the mission is not clearly understood CVSP and we must work with the institutions and individuals that are and are integrated into the network to understand the mission and strategy of CVSP. There is complete consensus on continuing the work of CVSP and its strategic lines of development: The creation of a social network, course production and socialization of knowledge (resources, news, events, etc..)

 

It was agreed, by consensus, giving a vote of approval for the Ministry of Health continues to coordinate CVSP Node Peru and gave guidelines for the development of the Work Plan 2012-2014
