The Virtual Campus for Public Health (VCPH) is a special program of the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) designed to contribute to the development of capacities and competencies among health teams, supporting the transformation of public health services and practices across the Region of the Americas. It serves as a strategic tool for PAHO’s technical cooperation through a decentralized network of individuals, institutions, and organizations that share open educational resources on public health topics relevant to the region, leveraging information and communication technologies. With more than 20 years of experience, the VCPH leads regional efforts in the development of virtual training in public health and provides educational stewardship through the model of continuous education in health, promoted by PAHO to foster transformative change in service delivery.
