Face phase of the Virtual Course "Integration of HIV and other infectious diseases prevalent in the first level of attention
During the week of June 27 to July 1, 2011 was held in Panama City, Phase face of the Virtual Course "Integration of HIV and other infectious diseases prevalent in the first level of care," the presence of about 100 course participants from Nicaragua, Guatemala, Dominican Republic and Panama.
On the first day Dr. Joseph B. Gardens and Ing Madgledis team Campis Almanza Virtual Public Health facilitated the workshop on e-health (e-health) from its relationship to health equity and the role of its main applications in the current challenges of health systems.
During the workshop, participants critically analyzed the role of information and communication technologies on current challenges in health and in particular the renewal of Primary Health Care, likewise became familiar with the main tools available to improve the quality eHealth health services and skills of Human Resources.
